We haven’t improved at all under him really. I’m surprised they are interested. RM is available Wayne Rooney’s Swansea City has a certain ring to it though.
Luke Williams could easily have ‘killed’ this story days ago - but his non-commital responses have only served to suggest that there is interest from WBA and that he is interested in going there. Either way, his relationship with the Jack Army has been ‘tarnished’ to say the least
Can't say I'd miss him if he did go ! His subbing and tactics have been poor to often. But even if he had the skills he's not had a great pool of players to pick from. So next in on the managerial conveyor belt until we get lucky and one lands that can more than earn his keep !
I would leave Swansea for WBA if I were him. He has been underappreciated by the usual suspects since day one. It's the same tune that has been playing for some 20 years now. It's the only tune they know.
… and you think it would be different there? With their history in the top flight, the level of expectation would be higher and the criticism even greater. But there again, what would I know?
