That’s a fair point although I would argue Meslier was useless for all three of your goals. To be honest though, I said to my lad I thought your keeper should have done better for our second goal as well (I actually said “if that was Meslier he would get slaughtered”). The ball across was right in front of him and he was prone going to ground with his arms ready to catch it but didn’t touch it. Not sure what your guy is like week in week out but it’s a Meslier theme (unfortunately for us). Even the worst teams know if they can put any kind of balls in and around him with a cross, long throw, free kick or shot they have a chance. For (supposedly) a keeper worth millions, the disparity between him and, say Trafford, Cooper and Patterson is enormous.
Our keeper has ( arguably ) been in our top 2 players for the season, today's game was his poorest for us this season. We'd be bottom of the league right now if it wasn't for him. Re meslier, I've honestly no idea how he's still your first choice especially with such a good GK in Darlow sat on the bench
I saw a few clips of Darlow for you last season and he looked like a top 3 keeper at this level, I assumed when we signed him we’d see him play more

How many seasons you spent in the prem in the last 5 seasons? Its easy to play that game if you choose and pick time periods. It's a waste of time.
20 yrs isn't history but if you want to drop it to a more recent history, say 10, how would that pan out for you

We have spent more years of our 120 year history at this level than any other. Not very aware of things are you? Are you aware than in 4 years in the 1920s Huddersfield won as many league titles and FA Cups as you have in your entire history? And their highest attendance in the little town of Huddersfield is 10,000 more than yours?
