He's a bit of a lucky charm, If I remember rightly he joined Darlo who were fighting relegation and they ended up mid table during his spell there.
It’s far from scientific but looking at the counting stats on whoscored, Triantis looks like one of the top ten all-round central midfielders in the SPL. If he continues this trajectory in the second half of the season he seems like a pretty good hedge against us losing our starting midfield if we don’t get promoted.
Assume we’ll allow Ben Compton to face Spurs next weekend in the FA Cup for Tamworth? Would be a great experience for the lad.
I haven't watched a single minute of his games but those ratings usually give a fairly decent indication of how a player is doing. That's not bad at all for a young lad learning a new position. @Scout73 have you watched him recently? Any chance he could develop into a first team player for us? Still only 21 so plenty of time to improve, yet
Yeah seen him live 4 times this season. He's had a bit of mixed bag the games I've seen, 2 good performances, 1 shocking performance and a pretty bang average one. He has a long way to go until he could play CM for us in the championship but he does seem to be improving in that role. He isn't great receiving on the half turn, his spacial awareness is poor and his 1st touch is poor. He can definitely develop into a very good championship player imo, still think CB will be his best position tho He's having a very good season though, I work with loads of Hibs fans and they say he's been key in their upturn in results
& MOM.....we need to renew his contract already before he develops further, progression literally is that fast
If Salford go up do we send him back on loan, or is there a serious chance he’s #1 here if we don’t go up
Matete was on the bench for Bolton this afternoon Introduced after 86 minutes when they were 1-0 down. Won 2-1 in the end
