Just home from the match last night and can’t wait for Sunday …

DMSF was talking about current form, not past form.

In their last two games they’ve failed to score and only managed one effort on target per game …

… if that was Sunderland you’d say that was poor.

After winning at Sheff United, they’ve had a decent Christmas period and moved into the top 2. Not scoring at home to Stoke is really poor mind, they’ll be disappointed there

Huge game for us when we visit Burnley in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait

They didn’t make the Boro keep make a save in the whole game either tbf …

… they’ve been helped more by other teams losing as well.

    They certainly don’t frighten me.

A clean sheet and point at Boro, they’ll be happy with that. They don’t frighten me but there’s no denying they’re a threat, their defence is comfortably the best in the division.

I agree they’re a threat but I don’t agree with your opinion that they’re a better team than Sunderland. They often struggle to make chances and score goals, recently 0-0 at home to Derby. We’ve won the same amount of games and they’re only above us with two draws.

I think they’ll lose away at Blackburn, on Saturday, and we’ll go above them on Sunday …

… it’d be great to go there looking down on them.

We turned them over at home easily, people keep expecting us to take a beating off the so called favourites for promotion and we keep beating them

Even though Sheff Utd won at their place, if we buried our chances we would've been out of sight before they even scored

It’s ‘the Don Goodman syndrome’ whereby other teams are praised for being unstoppable …

… while Sunderland are 'clinging on' and just ‘papering over the cracks’.

RLB was taking loads of stick over the Stoke result but those people went quiet when he out-smarted Wilder who's been managing, in the Championship, for donkey's.

They had half a team missing, it’ll be a completely different side we face down there

    Same as us then.

Besides, the team they did put out cost ten times what ours did.

They’ve just lost Hannibal for our game if you’re looking for excuses <laugh>

I've watched a few Burnley games and I haven't been impressed with them at all. Yes their defence record is excellent but going forward they are very pedestrian

Preston were much better than them at Burnley …

… Burnley only managed one attempt on target in that game as well.

I'm expecting Blackburn to batter them on Saturday.

Why would I be looking for excuses? I’ll be at Turf Moor cheering the lads on when we face them, **** Burnley.

Impressed or not, they’re currently better off points wise. Hopefully they start shipping a few goals soon, their defensive record is a joke

They're 2 points better off! Don't paint them as world beaters mate

They weren’t missing half a team when we beat them at all …

… it’s pretty much the same as they have now.

I just can’t see why you think they’re better than us because they’re two draws ahead …

… they’re away at the weekend, we're at home, do you think they’ll still be above us.

Cullen, Sarmiento, Koleosho, Anthony and Flemming will all play in the away game - none played at the SoL. They had a disrupted squad when they travelled up here, that was common knowledge.

I just believe over a full season they’ll gain more points, mainly because of their solid defence. Any harm in that?

Looking at the weekend fixtures - there’s a good chance we leapfrog them for this round of games!

    I haven’t, not once

Best defence in the league though, comfortably

And I've agreed with you but that's only got them 2 points more than we've got.
