    I think there should be a celebration of wums. Without them, this board would be a far less enjoyable place. I'm not saying that I would want the wums to take over, otherwise we'd end up like JA606 (God forbid!), there will always have to be even-handed moderation to keep out the really nasty, spiteful idiots. But I certainly believe there is a place for a well-timed and perfectly crafted piece of wummery. Some of the best wums are so subtle that one never sees them coming. It's an art, and it should be celebrated.

    Perhaps the mods should inaugurate a "Best Wum of the week" thread? I know I would like to contribute to that.
