Match Day Thread Away v Crawley Town

I would have thought a local referee would have looked at the pitch, possibly yesterday, and almost certainly this morning.

On the basis they had to wait for the match ref to turn up, this would have been around three hours before kick off I 'm guessing, then he should have called the game off immediately.

 

Our travelling fans are saying that Crawley have no pitch covers

They possibly did not take the precautions they could have done, but for me the anger should be directed at the referee.

I’ve often wondered about family members reading such vile posts on social media. Does Global ever consider the effects of his oft vitriolic rants might be having on his family?
