Trevor Santos if quality of teeth or good looks were a requirement for management or playing in the SPL, then it would be another criteria that the Rangers would fall down on. Another good honest win by a Celtic team that fully deserved to win. Could easily have been 2 or 3 goals. Craig Thompson demonstrated his anti Celtic bias by his usual quota of questionable decisions.
It now seems that Loovens, so often known as get to f..k you useless c... is now one of our greats and shouldn't be substituted. The fact is that Brown our captain is on his way back from injury and needed 20/30mins and someone had to make way. It wouldn't have made sense not to give Browne a run out with the games coming thick and fast in the next few weeks. I thought we had no weak links today and unlucky at times not to score more.

Rebelbhoy. Someone had to be substituted, Brown needed a run out for approx half an hour.
NL has to get Scott back to complete fitness, it is a no brainer. Least disruption was to do what he did.

I thought it strange to mess about with a defence that had been functioning well up to that point and a central midfield that was almost completely dominant. I didn't think it a no brainer at all. The obvious change(s) would have been to sub Samaras who had been far less effective in the 2nd half and shift Forrest to the left, or to sub Stokes who had linked play ok but not really performed to standard at all and moved Samaras up top to try and force him back into the match.

Neither of those things mess with the core of the side and both of those things cause less disruption.

Reading comments about Loovens obviously not picked up by tv , he was down with cramp before he went off , reckon he has started 10 games gone off injured in half , played well for 20 mins , should have been more up after that we kept our shape and never looked like losing a goal . Player of the season ?? Victor

For me, if he continues as is, got to be Ledley... by far our most consitant player!

Victor will love playing in old firm games, what our team needs against them Kayal has found last season form , got worried when he went down 2nd half with a knee knock. My man of the match today was big Danny and see Lennon wants to give him a new contract !!!Danny is normally a 4/5 out of 10 today was probably a 7

Rebelbhoy. To not change the balance of the team, Neil had to take off a defender and Harry Hood says Loovens was in a spot of bother injury wise.
N.L then made his attacking switch bringing on Ki, a more offensive midfielder than Scott for Stokes.
