Broadhead starting over Clarke for Ipswich. Looking at their bench there’s so much quality that would walk into any team at this level, if they go back down I expect them to go straight back up.
My god that United team is absolute ****e: They really have ****ed it, only Dalot, Amad and Bruno any good. Rest would struggle for games at Bournemouth.
Nathan Broadhead comes in on the Left for Ipswich for Szmodics. Clarke must well and truely be down the pecking order
Any team coning down from the PL should expect to go straight back up I'm not that big a fan of their bench, Clarke is obviously quality at Championship level but only if he's used correctly (which Ipswich don't do) Al-hamadi is ok but nothing special, same with Taylor and Townsend I like szmodics and he will score loads for them at championship level Johnson is a massive hit or miss, has never been a consistent player The key for them will be who the manager is if they do go down
Aye it feels like they just signed him since he's a quality championship player, rather than thinking about how he would fit into their team
Can’t see how Casemiro and Eriksen are going to deal with a midfield 3 of Joelinton, Tonali and Bruno G. Far too much energy. Hope I’m proven wrong
Same here, united really lack legs in CM and it's something Newcastle have loads of Hopefully Amad will destroy them
One of the worst sales in history that. Off all the players they sold one that was consistent and influential. Moronic.
Yeah, Amorim isn’t daft so maybe they’re planning on winning the game down the wings but it doesn’t look great on paper. I think the only positive is that they’re playing with a back 3 so maybe less space for them, De Ligt and Mazraoui will likely double up on Gordon to try and keep him quiet.
