Relatively new to this forum, does anyone know when the united/city fa cup tickets go on sale? and where would i be able to buy them ? would really appreciate the help. Thanks.
It's an away game, so priority will go to Utd season ticket holders. Although Eastlands is rarely completely sold out, and City don't have a waiting list for tickets, so you might be able to get some from the City ticket office if you don't mind being surrounded by blue...
ahh, nah wouldn't wanna limit my cheers if we score lool hopefully I can get a ticket in the utd end. When would they go on sale if the united end don't get sold out?
No chance whatsoever of you getting a ticket in the United end because the United end will sell out. However as Swarbs has said, you could get one sitting alongside City fans.
I'm assuming you don't have a season ticket? The usual Utd system is a ballot of the available tickets amongst season ticket holders. So even tho' City generally have a large away allocation (up to 4,800 tickets), there will be up to 50,000 Utd season ticket holders going for them. So like Alan says, there is probably no chance of them going on general sale.
Citeh never sell out and quite frankly they will be bricking it when they have to play us again. Revenge is a near certainty and they know it. The council house only gets 3/4s full if they are winning. Trust me they will go on open sale like every game at the council stadium and like every game we play there, the home sections will be full of us reds. Great draw for Man u, we can knock the stuffing out of them, send them spiralling back to the Europa league qualification and we will mop up all the prizes on offer.
