It's painful how much we lack a decent set piece taker. When you're a small club, who struggle to score from open play, set pieces should be treated as a priority. If only there had been a decent set piece taker available on loan back in August?...
For me Ivan has a large credit balance as trying to turn this squad around after RM, particularly the last 2 months, is a huge and possibly impossible job. But if teams have to work hard to beat us , know they’ve been in a match, we don’t lose by more than 1 then it’s progress albeit not a PL saving level of progress. We have to get the mentality right, at all levels and that is at least a season’s worth of work.

Yeah it’s quite clear the managers style relies heavily on Paul. Tbh since having him it’s become very clear we need a new left mid, left back, another striker and CB. Whether we get any of that remains to be seen.
