People have moved already.

Away fans have travelled.

It'd be entirely unacceptable to put people at risk even if it's localised to coast.

 

Tranmere game was cancelled about an hour before kick off. I remember a game at Anfield being cancelled after it had kicked off, think it was a European game. Might have been against Ajax.
