If you've got a Chief Accountant who can't give you a forecast on how much the increases in NMW and NI are going to add to your pay bill you need a new Chief Accountant.
It isnt as black and white as that, our orderbook has plummeted since the budget, the market we operate in is very unstable, lots of suppliers and customers are going to suffer when this hits in April. The money for the NMW rise and NI rise must come from somewhere, not since Covid hit have we seen such a downturn in orders. As it stands now we dont know what our headcount will be come end of January until we see if the orderbook picks up, how does he account for that ? Labour have caused uncertainty with lots of employers with this NI increase
Posh Tory stockbroker who never has anything to say about austerity, tax breaks for the rich, privatisation, etc. In fact he only ever has one thing to say about the mess the country is in - "It's all the fault of immigrants".
"Hi Nige, you bare faced liar, Where's the money you promised to put back into the NHS if you won the vote?"
Of course not, he doesn't ever want to win a vote because he'd have to back up his ridiculous claims ... ... how much do you think he's improved Clacton?
You haven't actually asked a question ... ... no surprise as your grasp on grammar in tenuous to be kind.
