Could you handle a same sex relationship, in the same way that gay men used to tolerate heterosexual relationships? I think I could handle the communal living and on a friendship level - of the women I've lived with, they've all been **** at DIY, land and vehicle maintenance, so it would be good to just say, clean the roof gutters or feed the sheep without it being some major ordeal that I have to use twice the time to fix afterwards. Obviously, the sex and physical affection would be an issue. You could probably close your eyes and think of tits and vaginas for the first few months to get through it, but eventually, you'd find yourself putting on a pair of bad shoes and going out into the night and meeting women in 'straight' parks or for hotel trysts and maybe attending 'straight' pubs once you built up the courage to go in.
Ye, they're inside during winter so need feeding (got 22 ewes and 2 rams that I'm not allowed to slaughter, so I've got them until they naturally expire), plus have to check their arses to see that the wool hasn't overgrown and matted with their faeces, which can give them blockages and the infections kill them - they're no longer naturally evolved and so generally reliant on us to stay alive. The women I have been acquainted with don't like to shave a sheep's arsehole. Maybe this isn't such a problem in a male same sex relationship, so the workload would be shared.
I'm not sure 'hi, how you doing, can you shave a sheep's arsehole?' would be a successful pickup line personally, but you may get points for its bravery and originality. But each to their own I suppose.
Single again, mate, surprisingly. Christmas with the ex-wife which is no bad thing. After I came out my long term marriage, my head told me a girlfriend 15 years younger (40-ish) would be a good idea - good body, fresh attitude etc. Turned into a nightmare. She had young kids and so was snapchatting with them when we were together in bed and moaning for hours about how her ex wasn't paying enough child support when I was trying to watch a film - it properly killed the buzz... Just too domestic. I think it's better to stick to women who have been through the 'pause, don't give a **** anymore and have that wild animal look in their eyes.
