Apparently the players didn't even do any sessions with the caretaker until yesterday afternoon which has killed any slight hope I had of this being even somewhat competitive. Suspect you'll score early on and our heads will drop. Conceded 5 in each of our last two home games and wouldn't surprise me if that continued tonight.

Not sure was much choice. But chance all 3 being injured is low so should be fine, tsimikas back on bench eill grt game time I imagine for TAA and Robbo then back next week so Gomez won’t be needed for Lb.
I think he’s a good support forward. Hes never going to be the main man that bangs in 30 goals for us as just doesn’t quite have that composure in front of goal, but when you just look at his pure stats for goals assists he stacks up with every prem forward below the elite tier which isn’t bad for a guy that isn’t the main man at his club.
I'm leaning towards this camp now. People like the guys on Redmentv keep saying that they don't know what a Slot number 9 looks like, I think because of the type of number 9s he had at Feyenoord However it's clear to me to Slot wants his number 9 to knit the forward play for the wingers. The stats speak for themselves when you compare Nunez's minutes per shot this season compared to previous seasons.
Looks like more just pushing into midfield when on the ball with Gomez tucking in to play CB. Similar to how city do it with stones.
We look like a team of players that have never played wi th each other so far. Gakpo the only one that wants to get the ball and attack with it. Otherwise just a slow passing game between midfield and defence.
