So because it is probably expected of me to say something like this, I might as well... Here's a Nostradamus prophecy: The blood of the just will be demanded of London, Burnt by fire in twenty-three the sixes: The ancient dame will fall from her high place, Of the same sect many will be killed The premier League of course is based in London. 2023 was when the charges officially placed... And Pep has won 6 titles. Not sure what the ancient Dame refers to, I've sent a text to Wayne Rooney to see if he knows. If this were Italy I'd say it's talking about Juventus. Of the same sect many will be killed. It's clear City won't be the only team punished and vanished from the top flight, others that have excess money might be punished. Chelsea, Newcastle, remain on alert for disaster... Clearly Everton will be deducted ten points too.
"The ancient dame will fall from her high place," I think that's referring to Liverpool fans who, we are all aware, are a massive bunch of queens.
I did laugh but thought I best say nothing because Duggie is going to be windmilling when he see's that lol.
Shouldn’t you be laughing at the Goonz? Waited all this time for City to wobble, and now that’s happened they’re left 9 points behind the Mousers. Thought you’d be all over that…
To address the original post and the conspiracy...... 1) You dont ever sack a manager who won you a treble and four titles in a row. It just wont happen. Maybe Abramovich would have done that, ruthless as he was, but 99.99% of owners wouldn't sack a manager that did all that, even if results slipped for a season 2) You really think Pep is hard up for the cash and needs a pay day? You really think he achieved all that just to taint his legacy at the final hurdle, with only a year left on his contract? If he had 5 years maybe his head might be turned by the cash, but 12 months? 3) Pep is a lot of things, but lacking in sporting integrity never struck me as one of his flaws, at least as a manager. I think Pep is having a small meltdown, maybe due to stress of the job plus the **** with 130 charges hanging over them. But he had an out, and he decided to sign an extension only a few weeks ago. In short, its a fun theory, but I aint buying it.
Yeh this is a joke right? The Man got banned twice for cheating as a player, his barca days are riddled with payments to refs and his city team are under investigation for 130 charges of cheating. What's really occurring at city is he's hit a bad spot that him and his players have never been through, a good coach would've found a solution by now, or at least attempted to change it up. I think what we're finding out is that he's a chequebook fraud that is bang average if he can't simply buy his way out of problems. I'm I'm here for it
Nah, plenty of managers have had "way above average" funding, and some have won titles with it... but Pep's the only one who has been able to do it consistently. He may not be "the very best", but he's still really good. Not every manager can win, even if they can buy anyone they want... and certainly not every manager can keep it up over several years. Pep's success isn't because of money alone.
every player gets "banned" for cheating, multiple times, its called red cards HE bribed refs? as the manager? None of which, if true, were committed by him, but by the clubs owners, ya yoghurt top!
I'm sure half this stuff Sucky spouts about Pep and Barcelona, particularly in the early days is just twitter bullshit, i say twitter because Sucky reads fook all else and probably hasn't done any proper research. I thought when he went into Barca (youth) it was a case of this is the team and this is all you get to work with, get on with it. Then once he made himself known, mainly because of Cryuff's influence the money started to roll. There's a hell of a lot of jealousy with what Pep has achieved, and rivals fans don't like it because he spoiled their little financial bubble and started to steal their silverware....with 130 and counting charges.
I think it's a bit weird to even consider that Pep was personally bribing the refs whilst a player and no one at Barca or any of the opposing teams ever said a ****ing word as a singular player Pep would have had absolutely zero power and would have been done for it, it's a none starter. Utter ****ing idiocy.
