Why does everyone get so angry with each other on here, city are ****ing **** are we not miserable enough without calling each other ****s (admittedly I was horrendous for it when I was younger lol)
It's utterly embarrassing. Between complaining that it's Winter 2024 not Winter 2025, or whether the Swansea game is must win, or if it's Blind Freddy or Freddie, some seem to have so little going on in their lives that they have to pick arguments on here.
I think it's overly reactive to be talking about dropping a player because of one game. If we did that we'd make five changes every week. I don't know how it's supposed to solve anything. I think we can help players to learn from mistakes and improve rather than dropping them every time they make one.
It's not just one game PLT, he's been poor for quite some time. Giving him a rest doesn't mean he won't play for us again this season.
I'm happy to debate City as much as the next person, and I might drag it on a bit long, but splitting hairs over things as inconsequential as some do on here is not my style. Reminds me of when someone pulled me up on saying City were 50m in debt and refused to believe it because it wasn't in black and white in the accounts yet. That was someone challenging me on it and me having to explain the reasoning/logic of getting to the number, not the other way around.
Hang on a minute. Yes, I questionned the Winter 2025 thing. An honest, bit of tongue in cheek messaging. I also, imo rightly questionned whether Swansea is or isn't a 'must win game'. Another honest question. At no point did I get angry, nasty, or even particularly complain. You seem to have a big issue with me (and a few others). Some of us could post 'black is black' and you would disagree and say it's white. I don't really get why. Just let it go. But more to the point .... literally (!!) above Jellyfish's post you wrote "Sorry, Blind Freddie. Pedantic ****". You are regularly one of those that get's angry (or at least that's how your posts can come across) and name call and pick arguments - don't deny it, the proof is just above. I think you seriously need to look in the mirror Syd.
I name call perhaps the least of anyone. Please pull up a single post other than the above where I've name called. More importantly, please pull up a post where I've name called unprovoked. The amount of horrendous **** thrown my way that I just roll with and by and large ignore just because I dare to offer an opinion and stand by it. This notion that I name call or play the man is absolute rubbish. Ric is one of the absolute worst on this site for 'playing the man' and one of the many reasons I have him on ignore. I only saw his post because someone responded to me with a post that didn't make sense so I knew someone must have also responded to me who I had on ignore. If you want to claim your carry on about the transfer thread or Swansea were 'tongue in cheek' then I guess I'll claim that my post above was sarcastic too.
exactly, its not even close to just the coventry game and as i said, hes the only outfield player not to have been rotated at all, resting him for a game or two is beneficial in my view
I think Coyle was probably our best player over the first dozen games, but I don't think there's any doubt he's been fairly poor in the last three. I'd be happy to see him taken out the firing line and for Drameh to be given a chance.
I'm not going to get into an extended debate with you Syd. That's what you do time and again. I just think you are in your own little world most of the time. If you have Ric on ignore for 'playing the man' then that in itself is sufficient proof! So long as you are happy I guess. Have a good day.
Ah ok, so basically you've thrown a claim out there, can't back it up, and are now going to slink off. Just about right. I'll take a bet Ric has popped in to have another dig at me during this exchange which will likely prove my point.
If he's blind and can see he's a two-faced cheating fecker, I bet he's a good dancer too. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
