Yeah he’s very happy with it I don’t think he’s not celebrating goals just in games he sometimes looks uninterested but I think that’s just him not a case of him actually not caring I think he loves the club
Yep. Wasn't at his best individually today but still worked hard for the team and played a key role in the comeback. Big fan of his.
As far as I'm concerned he's someone you can rely on to graft and do his best, maybe didn't dazzle today but he's got bags of ability and I've got no doubts about his attitude.
I'm not saying he's not, it just looks half hearted ... ... the first two are worse. I'm just worried he's not happy here, I think he's much better than he showed today.
Not had chance to fully catch up on here, but that was awful from Patterson for their 1st. Easy claim! Luckily doesn’t matter after the fact but that worries me tbh
Just have to try and be a bit more detached about these things until there's breathing space. That lad sounds ****ing hysterical.
In response to these constant demands for subs every game, can I just say ... Peart-Harris - substituted for Ji-Sung at 72 minute Vipotnik - substituted for Bianchini at 72 minute Swansea 2-1 Sunderland Three minutes later ... D. Neil - Goal 73 minutes J. Bellingham - Goal 75 minutes Swansea 2-3 Sunderland
Pi$$ed today but what a result, out with 2 Newcastle fans so was good to get it up them after winding me up at 2 nil down I fuc*ing love this club
Oh yeah, that reminds me, regarding the first goal ... ... my thoughts are with the poor Swansea player who was 'hurled to the ground' by Patrick Roberts
Worse happened to mayenda a lot of times without a free kick by all accounts. Still have to say Patto should catch that. Loops up 7 yards from goal and is a very easy take. Lad volleys it a foot from the floor
I’ll be the first to eat humble pie here. I said earlier in this thread that I didn’t think RLB was up to the job. So, if you’re reading this Regis, I was wrong and I apologise. I know nowt about football.
A few different observations from me in hindsight. Their 1st goal wasn't as bad from Patto as I first thought. Vipotnik was much closer to the ball that I realised and whilst Patto might have claimed it if he had gone straight for it without hesitation, it's not a certainty and as soon as he'd delayed slightly he wasn't going to get there. Our 1st goal was better than I gave it credit for. It was a good delivery by Hume and good movement from Ballard. Roberts was important in the build up to the 1st and 3rd goals without actually getting an assist. Jobe recovered the ball from a Swansea player before spreading the play to Roberts who won the free kick for the 1st goal. He then won the ball from them again before giving it off to Dan Neil for the 2nd. His tenacity was the key to all 3 goals today.
