Not sure he even gets a red given where it was. Whole thing looked very bizarre from behind the goal from how early he decided to come out to the finish from a guy who can’t normally kick a ball ten yards in a straight line.

questions need asking of the people that signed those two strikers for 5 million quid and Manning has to take ownership how he sets up.
We need to get two striker up top -we cannot score even if it was a brothel.

 

I still think we are playing better football than we have for years.. just not getting enough shots off imo.. we try too hard to try and walk it in.. We need to pull the trigger more

 

we need goalscorers something we don’t have.

Wells was second fiddle to Conway last season -this season he is the go to striker because the other two just are not up to championship standard.

 

I know he's not everyone's favourite but have to say that Mehmeti does have a go.. unlucky in the first half with hitting the post early in the game..had that gone in, who knows, if the flood gates would have opened.. overall we rarely test the keeper

 

We have progressed though, in terms of style and identity of football, and league position. It may not be the improvement we all want, but it is an improvement, no 2 ways about it.

 

Exactly, no other midfielder chips in with enough goals, or even attempts at goal tbh, certainly not Knight and Bird

 

I like Mehmeti.
He has frustrated me for all the (valid) reasons that the ‘haters’ have voiced, but unlike them I think he has huge potential. He’s growing into his game and I can only see him improving.
As I said on OTIB; if he was the finished article he wouldn’t be playing at BS3. As soon as he ‘clicks’ the vultures will snap him up.
He’s a very talented player.

Never ever thought I'd risk Cornick again up top, but ffs he can't be worse than Armstrong or Fally.

 

I have said the same-he deserves a go I would even play him alongside wells or bell as a two.
