Not keen on Willmount at Cheltenham @Pilgrim ? I noticed you put him up for Aintree last Saturday before it was abandoned.
Chianti Classico would be the highest rated (157) winner of the big handicap chase at Cheltenham since the marvellous Midnight Chase won it off 155 back in 2010. He subsequently bit off more than he could chew in Grade 1s but he was a wonderful chaser.
Odds are worse than last week. I bet him 7/2 yesterday but the horse is a real unknown, despite the fact that the forum's favourite trainer believes he's doing well. Also, make a double (which I hardly ever do) with King Turgeon, which means neither will win.
In the 1.05 at Cork we have not only one, but TWO 3YOs in a handicap hurdle - Bid Up and Robbies Rock. Let's see how they go.
15:35 Cheltenham - Long Draw Class-2 Handicap Hurdle over 3m on good-to-soft ground. Backed-in from an opening show of 12/1 to current top price of around 7/2. Sean Bowen rides for the Olly Murphy yard. 7/2 (Bet365/Wm.Hill) best price early-doors, on the ATR site.
Won at 3/1 SP by 5-lengths. Gamble landed with ease. Sean Bowen fully justified the very complimentary praise from trainer Olly Murphy long before the race started. Nice win for the stable and for owner, Mr. Alan Peterson.
Thanks! Yes, Oddy, that's a lousy job, well I know it. Very annoying too when you drop something down there because of being just bloody careless when cleaning the bathroom sink. Kitchen has never been a problem, strangely. Plumbers down here are very expensive too, and sometimes not so wonderful!
