It really is a shame he’s not a good manager because he’s such a likeable bloke. But this has been so amateurish for over a year now. That Chelsea battering last season was the first sign of naivety for me when he still played the high line with 9 men and makeshift back four. As time’s gone by I’ve just seen a fella way out of his depth at this level with no tactical nous and abysmal squad management. I think my prediction of a late January/ February hammer could be coming a fair bit sooner, may not even make January now.
