Yeah, very slow and predicable. The lack of a proper striker is showing. Son hangs back when the ball is wide when someone needs to be closer to the six yard box

    This is so, so bad.

This is basically a midtable championship club we’re playing.

Lucky to be 0 - 0 I think. Offering very little up front and the passing has been shocking at times.

    He's not alone though.

For a "play it out from the back" team they are not doing a good job of it...

Werner must get subbed at half time. He's not alone in being **** tonight, but he takes useless to whole new levels.
Bissouma, Johnson and Porro not far behind though and once again we have Forster to thank for still being in the game.

Playing Son as a striker rarely works and this is another example of it.
It just weakens us as a side and knackers him even more.
Our squad depth is poor, but it really doesn't help when we won't use it.

0-0 and we are lucky to have nil! Solanke for Werner and Kulu for Johnson or Son please Ange, they will definitely score and I am not sure we will.

I am sorry if I am repeating myself but we are so easy to play against, Gray and Dragusin constantly fire fighting and it can't last. We give the ball away so often they will punish us eventually.

Defensively as a CB partnership having never played together before I think they're doing well. But they are getting exposed by those Infront of them.

I'm beginning to think that Ange has a big gambling problem. He is hoping against hope that his team selection will eventually click... keep throwing **** at the wall and some of it will eventually stick mentality.

It's always worrying when the coach stands on the touchline pulling faces

It used to. When Kane got his annual ankle injury, Son was superb - got us a CL final. He lacks a little bit of pace now and isn't as deadly as he was.

We were getting battered in Amsterdam until Llorente came on for Wanyama at half-time.
Son is not and has never been a striker.
