The reason he is no longer here is that his "unique system" was garbage - neither the players nor the fans understood it - and it didn't work. Along with the alienation stuff you mention, he was also pig-headed and would not change his wonderful "unique system" in the forlorn hope that one day it would work. All it's done is left us in the cart and facing an uphill struggle to survive. Definition of insanity - keep doing the same experiment over and over and expect different results. Football is a results business. Managers get the plaudits when results are good, they get fired when they are bad. Results under Wally were crap - that's why he is no longer here.

In fairness had we landed both Kiefer Moore and Thomas-Asante (which we were 99% there) and not had injuries to Millar and Belloumi, then our recruitment would have looked half decent.
But we didn't so it wasn't.... If I'd picked the correct lottery numbers last night, I'd of won it Also how many goals have they both got this season....

It was, in hindsight an absolutely terrible one, yes we got some decent players and unfortunately 2 of those are out for the season and nobody can blame anyone for that it's just terrible bad luck, but the handful of decent players doesn't excuse the quality of the others especially in the forward areas. The goals scored number tells you what you need to know and no matter what some say, we have created more then enough chances to draw and wins games under Tim.....Acun/Tan/the brain team are just as at fault for our current predicament as Tim.
...and you've just listed more of the ways in which he alienated everyone he needed to be successful in just 3 1/2 months. I don't disagree with you.
Just watching the full match on Tigers +. I'm at the part where Palmer is having a scuffle, I've read the match thread so imagine my surprise to see Coyle running over in that direction. I thought surely he must stop and start walking away but nope, he's in the scuffle and looks to be pulling Pedro away.
