Not withstanding coaches/managers instructing players to waste time if it's to their advantage. Perhaps we need 4 linesmen (one each for each half side of the pitch) to monitor the corner quadrants and give cards to prevent the cheating. How critical can the one inch lack of overlap of the ball at the corner quadrant be in the effectiveness of a corner ? Zilch.
We don't need another VAR review to slow down the game for 1 inch analysis like offside VAR situations.

If VAR intervenes, if they had 15 sec to review otherwise the on pitch refs decision stands, would be a step in the right direction for me.

If that was the case I'd guess VAR would never overrule the ref, which would not be a bad thing.

Whichever ****ing genius got paid real money to come up with a Sky Sports Xmas slogan , and the very best they could manage was "Merry Football Dartsmas"

Horrendous isn't it. Merry Sportsmas works better and they can have that one for free.

Why do Sky Sports, and indeed every other channel, need a ****ing Xmas slogan? (Slight gear grind - it’s Christmas not Xmas, unless you’re taking shorthand). Not everything needs to have shedloads of cash thrown at it in order to tie in to the holiday season.

The anchorman can wear a Santa hat if he must, the expert panel can pull a few crackers and the production team can share a mince pie. Other than that, nada.

    And only on Christmas Day.

    Bah humbug.

Eh, it's not as if Sky is throwing any extra money at it, as they'd be advertising stuff anyway, but this time they did it with a Christmas theme. That slogan is atrocious though. If you told me it was created by a team competing in The Apprentice, I'd be wondering if they'd started a pre-school version of the show.

Having paid £10 to send this bloke's order, then £10 to have it returned as he didn't collect it from the pick-up shop, he requested that it was resent. I paid another £10 to resend it, emailed him the tracking details to make sure there were no further issues, it again went to a pick-up shop and he again didn't collect it, so now I'm going to be charged another £10 for it to come back again.

He filed an A to Z claim with Amazon and got a full refund this morning.

I hope the Welsh **** has an absolutely ****ing miserable Christmas.

I think that was more that the Swansea sub was impeding Giles' route to take the kick

You’re right, my mate corrected me at the time. Had a skin full last night and I’m still a bit delicate.

How do people who use trains regularly cope without blowing a gasket?

3 train trips over the last 3 weeks, every journey cancelled or disrupted.

    Infuriating!!
