I think it's a bit of both. He's playing up to it now, but you don't put in that type of effort without having been brainwashed in the first place.

I think his drinking was the worry for me, people do stupid things when pissed up. Hence why I use to try and discourage him from alcohol....well nagged him like an old hen. Otherwise nah, he'd talk about it but never do it. My stance since the news was if he'd feeling like that, he'd have fooked off to see the one he loved, his daughter...so either too busy at ASDA earning money, or fooked off to Thailand....or I could be wrong, because alcohol was always the concerning element.
Yeah I'm a nightmare on that thread with my sharp wit, staggering knowledge and ability to be right 99% of the time Elsewhere though I'm a joy to have around.
