Well done everyone on getting us 20% above target this year everyone. We’re setting the target 20% higher for next year so if you work just as hard you’re getting a far ****ter bonus you bunch of ****s.

I started more than halfway through the year so it’s nothing to do with me but my team had a great first half of the year and very good year overall but some of that was luck as our main competitor had big issues and couldn’t supply anything for a while. I made this very ****ing obvious point that we won’t be likely to have the same luck next year and was basically told to **** off.

 

Unless you're going to rehash old ideas and claim them as your own you're in the wrong business my friend.
