Were it not for that blatant offside goal against Boro, we'd now be on a seven game unbeaten run. Not too shabby!
Big test to come Sat 10 15:00 H Leeds United FLC Sat 17 15:00 A Blackpool FLC Mon 26 12:00 H Cardiff City FLC Would suggest we will know a lot more after these games , then of course there is the evil that is the transfer window and possible loss of loanees but for now ,for tonight enjoy and party
Leeds is always thought of as a tough game because of history and fans etc, but we could get something. Blackpool away is hard- Super Kev to watch there. Then the Malky/Cowie return will obviously add spice to an always tricky game...
It's a tough run, no doubt. Sat 10 15:00 H Leeds United FLC <<<< Depends which leeds turns up, we might get turned over or have a suprise win. Sat 17 15:00 A Blackpool FLC <<<< Can see this being a high scoring game/possible draw Mon 26 12:00 H Cardiff City FLC <<<< we have to beat these so it's a definate win here.
Is this month really a tough run? Off the back of beating the least confident team in the division, we now have three home games, plus a week to prepare for and nine days to recover from a trip to Blackpool where nobody gives us a hope in hell anyway.
it's been an excellent run, long may it continue..and hopefully SD will slip under the radar and not start winning Manager of the month or anything stupid, coz that'd be very very bad!
Agreed H although to be fair , That award will prob go to MM depending on todays game of course of even the Boro Boss or maybe McInnes!!
I don't understand why myself. Their recent home record is worse than ours and they are struggling to score goals there too - I think our new found confidence/belief can win us at least a point there. Agree with you about the 'tough run' this month. it wouldn't surprise me to see us glean 7 points from 9 over the next 3games.
Just as Doncaster beat Southampton, there are few predictable results in the Championship, so I predict these next three games will deliver us somewhere between 0 and 9 points.
I think we can get something against dirty Leeds, nothing against Blackpool and I think we will beat the sheep fanciers...
