Should taffy get the bullet I would like Pearce to come in.
We can write this season off and the AMERICANS can tell him his job is safe with the development squad regardless, just keep us up.
In the meantime they can f*** off the three clowns and bring people in with good knowledge and know what they are doing.
We cannot bring in another manager with these three clowns, they cannot run a f****** bath.

    Daft suggestion really.

We tried the “bring in a club legend” tactic a couple of years ago, when Jackson managed the club for 25 games. It didn’t work.

I don’t entirely rule it out though, as Methven is as cynical as they come, and will desperately be seeking ways to deflect the blame from another write off season. Pearce could be a convenient human shield.

I just watched their goals back again from last night - Gillesphey ffs <laugh><laugh><laugh> …and up front our strikers have got about as much of a killer instinct as one of your posts on Charlton Life.

Pearce was OK, but I would hardly describe him as a 'Club legend'...

I don’t like Bowyer particularly but perhaps he may be a solution

He’s the only manager who has got a tune out of any Charlton team in the last 12 seasons. It can’t be a coincidence.

He was a bit hard done by.
    Came unstuck
    A) because of the lack of support from Roland - who having put some resources into getting Charlton back into the Championship, completely failed to give LB anything to work with in the 2nd tier. Just wanted to sell the Club for £1 and retain the land.
    B) The pandemic ruining that season.

I had my doubts about Bowyer in the early days but his plain speaking and no-nonsense style soon won me over.
I thought all that 'bullying' nonsense was over-played. Some modern players are such snowflakes.

Bowyer, like JJ, also has a much greater legacy at CAFC than Jason Pearce (in my view).

Definitely have Bowyer back , he’s the last manager to give us a “feel good factor “ and the fans would get behind him %

The Bowyer song sounded good, ringing around the Valley...

    He is authentic, unlike Jones.

    Jones is performative.

    Bowyer - manager

    Curbs - DoF

Buy 4/5 quality players in January.

    Save our season.

If only. I don't think Bowyer or Curbs would work with the Clowns we have on the SMT. Can you Imagine the conversation between Curbs and Methven?

“It’s a five window project” apparently…which completely & deliberately ignores the elephant in the room - that attendances are draining down the plug hole, and loyal fans interested in football not Swiss Ramble, have had enough of these grifters.

I can’t wait to see SE7’s sales pitch for Season ticket renewal next Spring if they are still here …

4 windows and we’re to be the next Ipswich! That’s what it was supposed to be wasn’t it?
Dopey c@#t over yonder actually believed and promoted that utter garbage. Jokers are running our club whoever they are.
