If Samed is still not available then he should get returned and replaced with someone who can play.

Id agree if there is someone else who can come in quick. But chances are nobody will come in until later in January and need their own time to get fit / prove themselves to RLB and it will be March until we see them!!! Think Samed is still our best bet as at least he’ll be back soon.

Cracking win. Back on track I hope.

Watson blown me away since he came in. He has a frame to grow into too. What a player when he is running at folk. I will say it now, Mundle isnt walking back in.

I have to say though, as good as Watson was, the best player on the park was Neil. He was brilliant from start to finish. Passing was class, he made his tackles, recovered well. What I loved most was within a second of him winning the ball back we were attacking their box. The winner came from that mentality by Dan. You wont see a better cdm performance in the championship this week. Dominant.

And how good was ONien btw? I am afraid Ballard drops out for Mepham, not Onien, on that showing. Cirkin back in too. No yellows? A good day for the lads, and another academy lad bursting with pride. Love it.

I’d like to see Mayenda in for Wilson, next game. I think he gives us a bigger goal threat and his closing down is better too. He deserves another shot after the start that he had this season.

Considering the conditions thought we did well.
How we haven't notched 5 goals today which we could easily have done.
Watson must be delighted with his form at the minute not just today but he stepped up with the goals.
How did Mayenda not head his chance into the net then Isidor wouldn't have come into the picture.
    Very welcome 3 points.

We had so many chances and failed to get them on target.
We need a goal scorer .. or two.
    Thank heavens for Watson today.

Was starting to get really frustrated late on but I don’t care now. A win was a must.

Jobe looked like he might have concussion after his header. After that, he dribbled in to trouble or tried hanging on to the ball for too long. Was not the same player.

I would agree. I thought his all round game before his injury was great. Our pressing much better with him as the point man. Nowt against Wilson, but we can afford to rotate the 9 I think for games, and give the opposution something different to think about.

I think I did Stoke and in particular their coach a disservice. They aren't like the Stoke of old and tried to play football.
We should have been out of sight mind but the best team won.
A good afternoon/night will be had by all.

    Edit
That Cannon was a handful would fit right in here.

Love the buzz on here after a win. Well deserved and much needed. Finishing could have been better but 10 on target is an improvement on previous games.

Top marks to the whole team. Kept grafting and creating and got their rewards. Huge well done to the crowd - awful weather and they encouraged us over line.

I thought Dan Neil was excellent today, especially in the second half

hope the baggies can get a result tomorrow if their match is on.

keeps the top 4 grouped tightly and as you say, a nice gap emerging vs the rest.

Just keep on winning .. we can do this. a couple of quality additions to the 1st team and better finishing and were right up there.
