That was a hard watch. We look a bit more solid. But lacking any spark or creativity. Our passing is also awful.
FT 0-0 The problem was there for all to see - a complete absence of any quality. We can’t change a game because the subs who come on are all similar or worse than those who start, just more out of form. Sad to say it for a club that’s got such a great record with their kids, but Kanu, TC & Anderson are all very average. Mid table mediocrity at best this season.
I am looking around for positives and the only thing I would say is that we looked tighter with Lloyd Jones and playing a three at the back. That is about it.
I can't recall a Charlton league game inspiring less reaction here. Presumably this is true on other CAFC forums as well. Why was it an early kick-off? Even watching Sky Sports News it kind of spoiled my afternoon. Granted I would feel more chipper if we had earned a victory. But four points from our last three very winnable games on paper is a poor return. Apparently though we deserved no better.
