Not a huge fan of them on a pizza but in general a big fan of oily fish. Good for you too. Sardines are quite trendy for some reason at the moment. Probably because they’re cheap and a restaurant can add a bit of sauce and charge £9 for a starter.

Even though I wouldn't eat it being cheese, it looks really nice, I'd try it with the anchovies as well.

 

Been bought a ninja air fryer by my parents for Christmas. It arrived today. Looking forward to ruining things in it.

 

Just remember an air fryer needs ventilation, so don't cram it in a tight spot or against a wall.
