Well they do get a return with a) the advertising they have at the club - stadium, shirts etc. and b) when we get promoted they will make all their money back and then some.

Ah yes McLean - that'll make you jealous we've got Nugent then. In fact, that'll make you jealous we've got Steve Howard <laugh>

All I know is If we'd taken a **** manager off you you wouldn't be so bothered about us failing.

and was sent off for the second time in 5 matches (I think). that is called a £5 million liability in my book.

I seriously wonder what Nigel Pearson's OWN team will look like by the end of the season? For one I feel Waghorn will soon replace Beckford as a No. 1 choice

The difference between us and someone like Portsmouth which I think was mentioned earlier in the thread is that the mony we're spending comes out of our owners pockets. There's this 'foreign owners' stereotype which fans of other clubs love to tell to us but our owners don't follow that stereotype. The money isn't taken out as a loan against the club and no massive debt is being racked up in the process.

Either way, the owners have put in place many long term measures within the club which suggests they're aren't in it for a quick buck. And for all this talk about 'going against the morality of football', I would suggest that if it were yourselves who had the resources we do, you wouldn't be complaining at the investment that's taking place and the fact you felt the need to write an article moaning about us spending money to try and improve our club suggests to me that there is a compliment hidden in there.

The same goes for wages and, to be successful, you will generally have to pay high wages and that is the sad truth of football now a days and I know that I'd rather be in the PL paying high wages than be in the Championship whilst marvelling at a very reasonable wage bill.

By the way, who built your enthusiastic and talented young team? <ok>

You're wasting your breath I feel, not606 has taught me that people who start threads like this are incapable of thinking for themselves. They only take in what they read in the papers blogs and what they see on SSN.

Their source of wealth is the duty free giants King Power, which is the largest duty free store in Asia and one of the biggest in the world <ok>

Nigel Pearson built our talented young team and I respect him for that. I also respect him for taking an easy buck from some aspirational foreigners who dont mind paying out money without thought. The likes of Leicester, et.al, are a big part of footballs problem by paying ordinary players un realistic salaries.

Can I also suggest that in terms of entertainment, the Murdoch League is not the promised land. In reality when you are promoted, you will actually have perhaps 20 fixtures per season. The rest dont matter! I honestly prefer the Chamionship my friend. I prefer real football

so if they are so good at making money, why do they want to piss a stack of money up a wall in England. A believable reason anyway! As i said earlier, you dont make money by giving it away

why are we jealous? We're happy to see you fail because you're not worthy of any status such as "big club"

DO you honestly think your mega rich owners will stick all their money in your club forever? No matter how long it takes for you to get up there? HA HA

It's business and unless you produce the goods probably this year or the next then you might not be so arrogant and cocky about your favourable situation.

As far as NP goes, I was a big fan and he's not a **** manager but trust me when I say that we've all turned the page, we didn't want to beat you today because we're still bitter you took him away from us, we wanted to beat you to show him he's an idiot for going after the money.
Just like people will enjoy seeing man city crash out of the CL next week.

Why on earth would we be jealous, when we now have a manager who gives a ****, a club legend, who in 4 games has given us more entertainement than NP has in 30.
A squad full of cheap very promising players, hungry to improve and who will create very lucrative returns when/if sold in the future.
A chairman who is being sensible with money but also very generous to guarantee we don't go back to a financial mess, who is from the area and actually gives a ****. Probably won't jump ship whenever there's a better opening.

By making everyone sound "jealous" of your wealth you're actually creating this dislike towards your club.

I have no doubt at all that we will finish quite comfortably above Dull City.

Whilst I don't recall making any patronising comments - I do very much recall the comment you posted about ejaculating on my deceased mothers face, then refusing to withdraw the comment - Shameless

Number of years spent in the second tier by Hull > Number of years spent in the third and fourth tiers by Hull

We signed Jimmy Bullard when we were a mid-table Premier League side, for £500,000 less than you spent on Matt Mills as a mid-table Championship side.

Fryatt and Koren are probably on pennies compared to your players. Sorry, pennies and a fish and chip coupon.

    Yes, there's one in Quebec.

A few League Cups doesn't mean you're anything more than tinpot yourselves. Welcome to the club; please leave your address with the lady in reception and you will receive your goody bag and Team Tinpot badge in due course.

Being overpaid compared to normal human beings is not the same as being overpaid even as a footballer.

Come along, mate, you're a curry-munching Muslim - you should be envious of anyone outside of your Korma-stained town.

Not really, no, we just don't think much to your manager.

Have you ever heard of a superiority complex?

By that logic, I suppose having Mills makes you jealous that we have James Chester. In fact, that'll make you jealous we've got Liam Cooper.

    Right, that's it - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superiority_complex

We had the better of it before the sending off anyway, I've got no issue with Leicester or their fans but they need to give us a bit of credit for being the better team, Southampton said we were the best they had played this season
