Something I've only just remembered. What the **** were the stewards playing it when that mush ran on the pitch? Not a single one went on to try and get him off and it went on ages, proper amateur hour. Don't get me wrong it was funny but it's potentially serious situation and the lack of response was ridiculous.

Im not buying this at all. It’s not just a case of cutting out a few errors. It’s an egotistical moron wedded to a style that is bordering on insanity. What was he thinking tonight? We had so many players out. Why not try and frustrate Chelsea? Why does he play 5 at the back with no strikers against Forest, then try and go toe to toe with Chelsea? im sorry but the guy is a complete tactical buffoon. Absolutely incompetent. Was more your “what’s the point in it all” comment. That’s basically how I’ve felt about football since that year. I can get annoyed/happy/sad whatever about individual games or moments as they love to say nowadays, but ultimately the big picture is we are never going to be a successful team at the top level so it is pointless
Indifferent about tonight, we all knew we were gonna get spanked with the players we had missing. Some decent individual performances, Manning & Aribo. I sang Lumley praises at Brighton but after tonight he’s clearly some way off Prem consistency. Need Rambo back desperately. Let’s see how we get on against Villa, they are very hit and miss and fatigued atm. Ever the optimist… maybe it’s fate that THB, Downes & Dibling were just desperate for a battery recharge and we’ll pull off our first away win at the weekend!

Well your second paragraph if we didn’t make mistakes then the style would work no? As has been shown at times this season when we have put together some good “moments”. Which is why all the pundits say the same **** everyweek about “if they could cut out the mistakes etc etc” My point is that it is impossible for any side to play this way and not make the odd mistake, let alone a side as relatively poor as we are compared to the rest of the league, so yeah it is insanity to think we could get results playing like this in the PL
