Granted it won't help, but given these first teamers have been pretty crap for the majority of the season, I'm not really that concerned. Either way, I don't think we will get anything, but I don't think it is a foregone conclusion like some
Even people who haven't performed well still doesn't change that the alternatives are worse. We have no fit DM and Stephens is our best fit CB.
Personally I really don’t mind who is on the pitch tonight as long as they carry the long tradition of Saints being yet again the underdog and creating an unexpected and welcome outcome!! Just wear the shirt with pride and passion, do your job to the best of your ability and work your socks off for your teammates and reward those who will be spending their hard earned money and time to watch the match, is my message to the squad for tonight.
I'm obviously some sort of deviant pervert because I agreed with the boy that we'll go tonight. I really can't be arsed
I'm not. My 'excuse' is I have meetings until 9pm, but I could have easily got out of them/rearranged
I’m not really sure why I’m going, but I am. Habit maybe, or just because I have a season ticket so might as well. But Dibling has almost* been the only source of attacking excitement this season and he obviously isn’t playing. *the other being when Tall Paul decided to be prime Messi against Liverpool.
