Really good too see the fuss the players made of the Injured Sophie Ingle who has been a stalwart in the team's progress. I can't imagine that Wales will have a huge impact on the tournament but tonight was a huge step in adding even more momentum to the impression progress already made.

The Nations League was created to minimise the need for "meaningless" friendlies. It was not intended to "bin" friendlies altogether. I would assume that the friendlies that have been organised are not seen as meaningless by Mr Bellamy.
Doesn't look like Ramsey will be playing for Wales let alone City (on another point what will he and City do for next season) any time soon

Do we have any players representing their countries this week? Neither O'Dowda nor Robinson featured for the Republic tonight. Goutas not in the Greece squad. I don't think Bagan has had a call. Daland not fit. No one in the full Wales squad. Do the under 21/23's have games? Could be a good 2 week rest for all our guys.

I see he's out there now and jet lagged. Hope he gets the flight home soon although likely to be Heathrow hold ups and delays for a few days. I also hope his first call up comes after our season end. Despite all that good luck to the guy for achieving his ambition.
