Dawson had the chance today to show an independence of mind. Kamara on his natural right hand side. Put Dremah on the natural right hand side. Play Burstow as a striker rather than as a right winger. But no. This may as well have been Walter’s team selection and instructions.
We actually look like a football team again which is the main thing. We were never going to win this one, even more so when every decision has gone against us. But I’m confident we can beat the teams around us going forward.
If football left Pedro I'm not sure if it ever found Bedia. Burstow needs to be number one now and hope for the best till the window opens again and we can get somebody else in

I think this is about as good as we could’ve expected today. Shown enough. Pedro is done, Bedia has to start as most have been saying for weeks. I do think with palmer, Omur, Marvin and puerta, we’ve atleast got some tidy options if we go back to basics and can actually play through midfield
I thought slater should have done better but for him - Not renowned for heading - it was tough. Pedro had an easier chance in stoppage time. Anyway good goal for burstow which as was said, was a tap in but a "right place right time" thing.
Far improved performance. Dawson achieves more with the players in 2 days than the last Manager did in 5 months.
