the problem is he’s had these dangerous moments, predominately loose passes in precarious positions or being caught with the ball in our half on his turn since he started playing for us what will be about 4 years ago. i don’t see him suddenly correcting that the fact is this is not his best position and I’ve alluded to this before, he’s more 6/8 then 4, better in and around the game, receiving the ball on the turn rather than being deep with the whole game ahead of him

Caught the highlights and they’ll only tell a part of the story looks like we played well enough and as expected had room to play against a progressive Sheffield since. Ultimately had chances to be wining that game in the first half, ultimately a guilt edge chance in the pen only to be done by another avoidable and poor goal a kin to millwall last week. I wonder if it was a case of being willing to accept a point towards the end, can anyone confirm if it went from having plenty of the ball to zero possession like previous weeks towards the end? it’s fine margins but falling foul of these fine margins week after week is what’s saw us slip down the league.
Really enjoyed the game and hoped we would not concede but thought that it would eventually come. I thought we edged it and with a bit of luck who knows. The differnce being their depth of squad and being able to bring players on to knick it. Man of the match for me was their goalkeeper.
06 30 is the morning and you're having a pop. Fair play. I think we have been poor in a canny few games and have pissed away a lead at the top. Havnt won in a month and we haven't learnt in that time. Subs are still strange has hell and we making no changes to the midfield who are asked to play every single minute. It's not really down to luck when that happens, they will make mistakes due to fatigue. Don't track back or been in the right place. I thought Neil and Rigg could have offered much more throughout the game and specifically their goal. The lack of a CDM hurts us. I think we need reinforcements in Jan. CDM and a winger. Top 6 IMO will be a good place but it's going to be hard to keep hold of it.
Might not be. Hope I am not. But the CDM issue was raised during the window and was the lack of depth on the wings. Now here we are. That said i do find you awaking in the morning at 06.00 and thinking about me a bit strange.
I have also just watched the RLB post match conference. He is fumming, that's the most I have seen him annoyed. Rightly so. Noted the mentality and nice guys but you need mentality to win.
Such a frustrating game last night for many reasons. Mephams red was 50/50 for me but went against us. Worst thing was the centre half who wiped out Watson was the main guy screaming for a red. I understand the rule of mo red last man if it leads to a penalty bit think its a ****ing **** rule as it effectively gives someone a free hit on the lad running through in the hope the pen gets saved. Thought our overall play was good but we are seriously lacking in creativity and goal scorers we seem to be relying on worldies at the moment which can only take you so far. Thought Sheffield Utd were poor for a team tip of the league which makes it all the more frustrating to have lost that game. Hold on against Coventry and Millwall I could accept it a bit more but obviously we can't change those results now. Still think we will be alright. Leeds and Sheffield will be top 2 in my opinion not because they are better than us just think they will win more scrappy games like last night than us. They seemed effective without actually being good. Think we will finish 3rd or 4th but we need to start scoring again. I know folk don't like Wilson out wide but think it's an option for us while Mundle is out with Mayenda or Connolly up top as we will simply have an extra goal scorer on the pitch. Hate losing games like that I'd rather get battered at least that way you can have no complaints.

I would personally have Mayenda or Connolly central and Isidor right at this point, though I think Roberts needs replacing.
