He’s been a failure at all his previous clubs. The worst striker Sunderland have had in 4 decades (and they had Danny Graham!), some of their supporters say. When he’s played he’s been ****.
Seems we’re agreeing on Managers but not decades. Guessing Walters win record was worse than Hateley’s though
Such a failure at Charlton that Chelsea signed him from them His only other club has been a loan spell as a 20 y.o. moving from his home in London to Sunderland.
Some appear really annoyed that a layman who’s never played FIFA, Championship Manager, Football Manager, had an anonymous source or even pretended to watch every player in every league around the world spotted a **** manager before them. Opinion has no winners, calm down it doesn’t affect your reps.
I anticipate a much more solid and organised team performance, whatever the result. It’s a very tough game right now against a free scoring side so a loss is to be expected.
Let’s try and find some positives Kalman The level of negativity you show is unreal. I actually feel depressed when reading your posts at the moment mate. We are a lower mid Champ side at best anything above that is a bonus.
All the **** aimed at the manager since the moment he joined and your issue is with my posts in the last few days? I can’t stand the players. **** them. I hope Dawson tears a strip off them.
He's inside Acun's club with a wealth of experience from across European football, not worth an opinion? Leave it up to all the discerning Botanic bar room philosophers to advise him then eh?
I suspect Andy Dawson will be spending his time organising and motivating the players rather than degrading them. It's not the 60's.
I agree mate the players have downed tools and the experienced players like Coyle & Jones were disgraceful last night. But the useless **** is gone let’s hope for better days ahead as **** has become so toxic recently.
Apparently five figures a week and the privilege of playing professional football in front of thousands isn’t enough motivation for them to give a toss. Poor them.
It's a fresh start on Saturday - Let's see how they respond. Hopefully we will all have something to get behind / cheer!
There was enough effort at Luton for the fans to acknowledge it. Truth is lack of belief can look like not trying from a spectators perspective - and that carries through a recent pattern whereby they play ok, concede and their heads drop. Without knowing more from within the camp it's a bit knee jerk to write off all the players as there has clearly been effort until the inevitable happens and their heads go down again. Suspect someone's putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 5 to suit a preconceived narrative. As per usual.
