If we earned it, it was from hard work but mostly rape and pillage of these other countries. If they're over here, from these other countries, to rape and pillage some of it back, you'd be a hypocrite not to say "fair enough"

Not really. I don't believe it was earned. If you do then what these other people are doing is much the same but on a far smaller scale. They've earned it. It’s almost as though it might be worth looking at the issues behind that, if there might be similarities between the people from the different areas, maybe socio economic for starters, and look to how improvements were made north of the border. Or failing that we just blame people that look a bit different to us.
