ManC 0-2 at home to Spurs after 20 mins !!!

 

We are so ****ed up that I can't even be happy to watch Man City losing.

 

ManC 0-3 now! Their fans must be even more pissed off than ours, at least we're used to it more than they are

 

Guardiola and Man City have gotten a bit complacent. He likes a small squad then cries about fixture congestion. There isn’t a suitable backup for Rodri, only one striker in Haaland, a lot of his old guard like De Bruyne are injury prone etc.

This season, they’ve been incredibly open at the back and look weak when counter-attacked.

 

Still made it to relegation zone somehow. We are a team of miracles.

 

Gundogan looks dreadful

 

Yeah, I was gonna mention him in my post but forgot.

What a ridiculous signing that was. Great player in his day and great servant to Man City but they needed a younger, fitter midfielder in the summer; not signing an ex-player who was already passed his best. Their old guard in De Bruyne, Silva, Walker etc. aren’t getting any younger. Their transfer policy the last couple of years is to sign one, maybe two, players in the summer because Guardiola likes a small squad and he already has the best spine of a team in world football but like I said, that spine isn’t getting younger.

They will need to sign a quality, youngish defensive midfielder in January for Rodri’s absence and to be his long-term deputy/replacement. Next summer, they should also have a clear-out of the likes of Silva, Walker and a few others and start rebuilding.

 

They will sign Zubimendi probably.

 

But even after losing 4 on the bounce ManC are still second in the PL!
