Just getting back in. A ‘gutting’ way to lose the game after equalising so late but ….. Some of their goals came from sloppy play on our part, but overall I think that their ‘class’ got them over the line so to speak. We could have / should have had a point but it was good to see us go head-to-head against (in my opinion) the best team/squad in the Championship and come away thinking that we should have got something from the game. The Derby and Portsmouth games ‘must’ deliver a minimum of 4 points. Takeaways from today: 1) Key is good going forward but both he and Tymon need to remember that they’re primarily there to defend and we were exposed on both flanks too often for my liking. 2) Has last season’s Ronald been replaced by his twin brother Donald? 3) Why do the players think that everything has to go through Grimes? 4) The starting midfield of Grimes, Franco and Joey looks well balanced. It’s a pity that Franco and Joey can’t manage a full 90 minutes
