So, specifically, what is this new injury? Something keeping a player out for six weeks has to have a clear diagnosis. Colliding with a Pandur may cause an injury but isn't an injury in of itself. More total bullshit concerning this player, I think.
I wonder if Sinik will be fit just in time for the transfer window opening and then he can be shipped off back to Turkiye?
I had the same thought, with how the actual injury isn't specified. But then specifying the collision that caused it seems odd. It would be sort of unfair on Pandur to share that if it was untrue.
It was just part of Walter’s post match interview, explaining why Sinik wasn’t involved yesterday, I don’t think there’s anything particularly odd about it.
My post was poorly worded but I just meant that the specifics about how it happened makes me think it must've really happened, even though the lack of detail about the injury itself initially made me dubious.
I did tell you yesterday ↑ I see Sinik didn't make the squad today, we couldn't risk him getting off the bus - might have slipped due to rain drops on the coach steps. Already injured again?
I don’t care if it’s a conspiracy theory but I’m convinced some players who are constantly conveniently ‘injured’ have something else going on that the club are covering for. Luke Shaw and Reece James are two examples and I’m convinced Sinik is as well. How is a training pitch collision being diagnosed as 6 weeks out? It’s a cover-up and it ****ing stinks.
I definitely think there's been an element of that with some of Sinik's injuries. Particularly the ones that took him right up to a January transfer window where he then went straight on loan and immediately started playing. Not sure about James and Shaw though, they just seem to be unfortunately very fragile.
He probably wants to be sure he gets xmas and new year off... Wonder if we'll find out where he goes for his recovery?
