At some point bad luck becomes a trait and unfortunately for Tim it appears that's now happened. When does it become his fault as opposed to everyone else's?
The amount of times this season there’s literally no one in central midfield when we have the ball. It’s very revolutionary but doomed to fail over the course of a whole season. Not seen any other team play this way. What does Tim know that others don’t?
Yeah I’m in agreement in fairness. I still think we were better than them in every area bar the one that matters most
Here's a question for people. I've been mulling this over for a while... What's the biggest reason for our shocking form? A) The manager's decisions and tactics B) We've simply been unlucky C) The team isn't actually that good D) The injuries to key players E) Too many changes over summer F) Low confidence G) The players have downed tools
Totally agree. Greaves has 100+ games at our level on him. I don't expect him to pull the team up from CB; he's nowhere near capable of that. However, he's in a team heading back to where he came from at the moment. We're sleepwalking into relegation without acknowledging the inadequacies of some players.
I've already said the buck stops with the manager so I'm in agreement that the results are his responsibility, but that doesn't mean I think it's all his fault why we're in this mess. It's his job (for now) to try and get us out of it though.
Baz said it after wba And today proves it We are like a team sleepwalking to relegation I still think theres people such as acun who thinks Theres nooo way we will be relegated.. And it will creep up on us faster than he realises
Thought city without Rodri would be a bit like take that after Robbie left.....not quite the same but still strong....ATM they're more like wham after George Michael left .....
Can anyone translate what TW said in his post match utterance to Blunderside. I couldn't understand it, even that or my radio is broken. He sort of sounded like an alcoholic who doesn't think he's got a problem, because he can be sober for an hour. Its called being in denial.
Absolutely A When the rest of those things are going against you, you go back to basics, and you build from the back. He has failed to do that, and that is the root cause of the rest of the problems.
Just back home after a crap journey, highlight again for me was the beers before the game which are fast becoming necessary before watching City, and the beers after the game to improve my mood. Acun, you've screwed up big time but you've time to put it right if you get shut of Tim before the January window.
View attachment 340919 Tim's got an uncanny resemblance to the late Bernard Hill, playing Captain Smith on the Titanic. Quite happy in the knowledge that he's resigned to the fact that he's going down with the vessel.
All to some degree bar g. However, missing is h) we don't have goals in the team (especially when Bedia and Jarvis hardly get a look in). See Walter out thread for detail.
I'd probably have said that was option C to be fair, or at least part of it... It's a large combination of factors adding to the issues we're having. As for the players you named, Bedia has squandered a few chances now and Jarvis I don't think is the answer either.
Maybe both need a proper run of games? Or maybe you are right. But see the detail in the other thread
