Can you use them indoors? Have an Ooni for outdoor use only.

The pic from my iphone6 doesn’t do it justice. It’s meant to be a moussaka. Looked better fully formed.

 

New kebab place that's doing Pide and Turkish bread as well as the usual stuff, really good place and I've got some nice bread leftover for breakfast.

 

Pide is great because you can have effectively an entire pizza as a starter or side.

I’m going to make some jerk chicken kebabs tonight with rice and peas. Marinated the chicken last night. I’ve made it ridiculously spicy.

 

I love jerk chicken, haven't made it in ages.

 

Do you make your own sauce? It’s one of the few things that I can actually knock up from scratch. We have an African store not far from here where I get all my ingredients from. I make sure the scotch bonnet I use is organic. Seems to have far more of a kick to it than a standard scotch bonnet.
