I’m going to make some jerk chicken kebabs tonight with rice and peas. Marinated the chicken last night. I’ve made it ridiculously spicy.
Do you make your own sauce? It’s one of the few things that I can actually knock up from scratch. We have an African store not far from here where I get all my ingredients from. I make sure the scotch bonnet I use is organic. Seems to have far more of a kick to it than a standard scotch bonnet.
