Well whoever is telling him who to play is having a stormer of a season so far!!! Neil was not the issue today at all, your targeting of him is getting so boring
Get the point but don’t think subs change today. The tactics were fine as I say we got done by a mistake on our back lines shape. frustrating but it happens however, we’ve done it every week and done more than not WBA is a must win now though
80% agree. It's fine to question RLB when we are top of the league as it is how improvements are made. Great away point, on the face of it, and good to see more game time for Watson and Aleksic.
I'd of brought Ba on for Watson, he looked done in and just feel Ba would have given us some energy I actually would have brought Jones on as well, now that's a massive call but Rigg was very poor last 25 mins or so, so would have brought jones on to sit alongside Neil Look it might not have worked but just feel we needed fresh legs on today
Rigg was absolutely done and ended up with 55% passing accuracy. 55!!!!!!! With the vast majority of misplaced passes coming in the final quarter of the game. If people don't think subs were needed, after watching and reading this then....
Not quite sure we are at must win stage but I understand where you are coming from with that statement. I just have massive concerns about how we are using our bench in games, as you said its not really impacted us this season as we are top but I'm very confident it will catch up with us if we don't A point away to millwall with 11 1st teamers missing (think that's what it was) and 5 of them.being guaranteed starters is not a bad point at all
With so many players out today isn't the game to question to harshly. When they are back and he has the options to change things, then it can be questioned. We are carrying players at present that the coaching team don't want or trust. We need to get to January and move players out and replace with players that fit
Spot on mate I'm always quite bad for always looking at where we need to improve - I'm like that with my full time job in finance, like it as a coach and like it as a scout Always need to look at where we can get better, tbf I think RLB is like that so I do expect him to use the squad better when his more trusted players are back
Think that’s a reasonable shout both kids were shattered but both are capable of producing magic moments though we were naive having so many players forward so late in the game to be caught out from our chance to kill the game to conceding the equaliser .
Must win because we’ve not won in 4. The longer that goes on confidence will drop. Need a statement win. Keep us there despite the bad patch of form the game plan is fine. We’ll play like we did today again and it will work. I think we’re desperate from lads to get back from injury. Jobe back Tuesday is huge
I think RLB has done a great job, hopefully we’ll learn from it. Some players back next for the next game, massive week coming up
I thought Mayenda had a good game on the right wing. It surprised me how well he did. Will he keep his place on Tuesday? On that showing, quite possibly!
He speaks so well, sounds like he knows where we went wrong and what we need to work on, this time it's second balls. He's taking us to a good place imo
Disappointing second half, we just couldn't keep a hold of the ball and because of that we couldn't really get out. I do find it a bit odd that RLB doesn't seem to fully utilise his bench.
Big decision needed on who plays in the back 4 on Tuesday, thought all 4 did well today but still feel Hume has to come back in
Thought as well as Ballard did we missed 09 moving out with the ball at centre half, saying that Alese had a good game at left back and helped with his strength and ability. If Cirkin and Hume are back Tuesday, it's a real dilemma who mises out
Wonder if alese drops out after being out for a while and we reshuffle Hume and onein. Jobe walks back in but does Roberts come straight back in?
