I put this at Acun’s door. The wrong appointment shocking neglect in getting deals done in the summer. We should have won today shockingly bad in front of goal that is not the coach’s fault but something has to give or we are heading to League 1.

Rosy wouldnt have had the players that took us to 7th last season With hindsight it doesnt look like Walter was the right choice but Acun was always going to replace Rosy because of passing the ball backwards and forwards in our half for half the match Now we pass the ball about sidewards in the penalty area and then panic and hoof it upfield
Fair enough. We all knew that we wouldn't have the Delap's, Morton's etc and employing a guy with no experience in this country was a seriously bad error. Perhaps if he had settled on another geezer, such as Heckingbottom or a Wagner, then the outcome would have been better. But its all hypothetical, of course.
Just seems a bit daft to me saying that as if it's the first game. We've been like this all season, we can't score and we have to come from behind every game. I like to be positive but I can't see how anyone can have faith that it's suddenly going to click with just a bit better finishing.
Because Acun got widespread criticism from everyone across the game for sacking him, which leaves him with egg on his face right now, and invested in Walter being a success in more ways.
Walter needs to go now. He’s not 100% to blame but his tactics are unorthodox and the players just haven’t bought into it. The supporters hate him on a personal and footballing level and the players don’t look like they enjoy playing right now. The players need to get a grip as well because a lot of them have just downed tools and make stupid ****ing mistakes every game. Can’t even do the basics right. If they won’t play for the manager and run through brick walls for him, at least do it for the badge, the supporters or even their own pride but some of them can’t even do that. The manager isn’t the right man for the job but the owner and players have a lot to ****ing answer for as well.
