Personally speaking Tees I think you're a cracking poster.
Sometimes it doesn't take a genius to figure out when someone's not well, or not themselves.
You're not a bad lad at all mate, you were just in a bad place.

 

Def didn't think you were a bad lad at all mate, thought you crossed the line a couple of times but that's all - doesn't make you a bad lad at all

You've always been sound with me mate. I know what it's like to deal with some of the things you've had to deal with. It's no surprise you've found it difficult, I know a few blokes who have in that situation. Just pleased you're in a better place now.
