Just looking at the results, and I've noticed a pretty nice position we seem to be in when it comes to doing the double over teams. There's only four teams left that can do the double over us, Millwall, Donny, Cardiff and Burnley - all of whom have to come to the KC... but there's still 6 teams left we can still do the double over: Bristol, Derby, Ipswich, Norwich, Preston and Swansea. Absolutely meaningless... but nice reading...
mint! and they all have a double letter except the one that doesnt - unless you count the word football as part of its name or association.
Also, the first four teams all start with a consonant followed by a vowel; whereas the second group has three teams that start with a double consonant and two teams that start with a consonant followed by a vowel and one team that starts with a vowel followed by a consonant. Makes me realise why I like Twix.
there used to be a bizarre tv show with a bloke called mick something (rick something it turns out) oh i know - fingerbobs. what a load of tosh that was. i bet he made spiders do finger painting.
After the Derby win the Tigers were in a similar position to 3 years ago having played 33 and with 49 pts (50 pts 3 years ago) and what happened next, the Tigers lost but then went on to claim 31 points ............ just maybe we can dream again
Ok going to take this one step further and make any coincidence fit, so here goes, 3 years ago we lost to Bristol City and next met them in the play offs We have just lost to Cardiff, could we be due to meet them in the play offs.
