Abridged version, the F.A. should adopt, and implement, the disabled sports motto, 'a level playing field'. :emoticon-0138-think

If you take all the championship teams and the average property price for the postcode where the stadium is

    Hull is 23rd
    Only middlesbrough is lower

Qpr is most expensive at 900k

That's good, it means that land value around stadium is low and do not worth to build another complex there. In opposite scenario investors start to think let's build something else here, a housing complex, shopping center and we can move stadium somewhere else.

Premier League clubs have approved changes to sponsorship rules — handing Manchester City a defeat in the civil war over Associated Party Transactions.

City had argued that no vote should take place, claiming the APT rules were void and unlawful after a tribunal decision on their legal challenge. The rules put a limit on how much companies associated with clubs can feed money to them via sponsorship deals, in order to promote competitive balance in the league.

The vote, passed at a meeting of the 20 top-flight clubs in London, was seen by some as hugely significant for the future of the Premier League. The Times revealed earlier this week there was growing confidence that agreement would be secured after Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton, who had previously opposed tougher APT rules, backed the Premier League.

Aston Villa, who had supported City, had raised the threat that the Manchester club could now launch another legal challenge if the vote was approved, saying it was “abundantly clear that any vote (if passed) will result in immediate further litigation by Manchester City”.

Portsmouth can't equal points with us now, great! We will survive relegation zone one more day.

Probably because he’s 33 and had just been released by a **** Saudi club, though I always liked him.
