Depends how long the boards take to flash over. If he's been found responsible then fair enough. Hardly crime of the century though.
well its about whether it was a legal advertisement, that seems to be the whole premise so breaking their version ofcom and gambling laws or something its not about dodgy betting slips or anything
I don't think it's as black and white as crook or not crook. I think people with that level of wealth are often up to something questionable. So no I wouldn't be surprised if he's done something illegal. It also wouldn't necessarily change my opinion of him a huge amount.
So basically similar to GB news getting fined for breaking impartiality when it comes to 'news'. Doesn't seem to have done them much harm.
The title makes it sound like its actual dodgy betting or fixing etc But ye its basically breaking advertising rules As is common now Tv broadcasters can change the pitch side advertisements depending on their location etc etc
