I reckon Putin and the west know that with corruption being so bad in Russia, as evidenced by the old tanks they had to roll out, their nuclear stockpile, which was unlikely to have ever been used, is not going to have had the level of maintenance required to keep them operational as that money will have been syphoned off.

 

That's a gamble I would rather not let Starmer Macron & Biden's handlers take .
